We aim to provide the same high level of childcare that we would expect for our own children. We work to the standards and guidelines laid out in the Early Years Foundation Stage ("EYFS"). Each child is special and is treated as an individual. Activities and care are tailored to each one, based on age, ability and developmental stage. We have an active equal opportunity policy that ensures that this is achieved. Parents/guardians are the most important people in the child's life and know their own child best. We therefore ask that we are told as much as possible about the child - his/her routines, likes/dislikes, ways that he/she expresses him/herself etc on settling-in. We believe that working in close partnership with the parents/guardians on an ongoing basis is essential for the child's well-being. We will always try to provide support during any difficult times and be as accommodating as possible.
