We aim to provide the same high level of childcare that we would expect for our own
children. Each child is special and is treated as an individual.
Activities and care are tailored to each one, based on age,
ability and developmental stage. We have an active equal opportunity
policy that ensures that this is achieved.
As parents/guardians, you are the most important people in
the child's life and know your own child best. It is vital
that you tell us as much as possible about your child - his/her
routines, likes/dislikes, ways that he/she expresses him/herself
etc on settling in and also that you keep us updated on emotional/physical
developments along the way. Dialogue is, therefore, vital
and we expect parents / guardians to inform us of all relevant
information relating to their child, to ensure the highest
level of care is given.
We will always try to provide support during any difficult
times and be as accommodating as possible. |
